DL/UL Ratio to Encourage Sharing
With so many like layna61524 willing to teach, there's no excuse for even newbies to contribute.
My question, has BBHF ever considered a DL/UL ratio system, like they used to use on Bulletin Board Systems (~1990-1995) to mitigate leeching? |
