As other already not a great method though.... he suggest to promote Incentive offers CPA and ask per person to complete atleast 20 Email submits or same CPA offer, so that each person fill that for exchange of a ebook. I dont feel its practly possible that a person will fill all the 20 offers. I understand one or 2 offers per person, but 20 offer per person seems bit crappy and I feel, this guy is only preachign and he is not actually tried himself. So if you wanna try thsi it will work, but dont ask each person to fill 20 offers( thats too much) as them to fill 2 offer. That should be good enough :)
