Can this system be used not just in IM but also in life in general?
The text inside the main guide is geared towards internet marketers but the underlying systems can also be applied to life in general.

With the worksheets included, I'm guessing that it is not just theory based but with actual real life applications in IM - yes?

Nice to have some sysems at hand.... I currently apply the time system from Autoresponder Madness:

- get up early (mostly at 7, sometimes at 5)
- 1 hour morning routine
- 90 mins focused work
- 15-20 mins relaxation (dring water, walk around, get the head free)
- 90 mins focused work
- brunch
- depending on mental fitness: another 90 mins or one pomodoro (25 mins)
- power nap (25 mins meditation in 'dead man's position)
- another two or three pomodoros (25 min work, 5 min relaxation break)

Notes:
- any important work should be done in the 90 min blocks
- email only one or two times a day (if you need to coordinate outsourced staff, once in the morning, once in the afternoon)

Important stuff sorted into priority levels (my own take on this):
1st level
-planning
-prospecting
-sales

2nd level
-cordinating execution
-customer support

3rd evel
-ccordinating office (should best be done through a VA or office service)
