Because there is no LOA, its a scam invented by the people of the secret, you can think (and take action) all you want, without a bit of luck you will get nowhere

Also calling it a law is BS, because laws (like gravity) can be scientifically proven, LOA never made that burden of proof.

Its a philosophy at best, think about it for a moment, rape victims, war victims people in third world countries are un that position because they attracted that to themselves, what about young kids getting sexual abused.... really do i have to go on with this? it's like religion, it is bullshit.

Sure if you think positive you see more oppertunities, but even optimistic people go bankrupted, get mugged, get killed, die of cancer.... So there you go :)

Anyone have any idea how to unzip? I tried 3 different programs. Its not a regular zip file nor 7 zip. I also tried winrar.

File shows up as just a white un-described file.

I used 7 zip to extract into a folder. No problem. Make sure the 2 files 001 and 002 were downloaded properly. I tried to download 001 a few times because it stopped before the entire file was downloaded.

I personally believe in LOA and i tried it myself and it worked...
You may call it placebo effect... yeah, it may be, but whatever you have the desire, belief and expectancy for will be manifested...

a lot of people does LOA incorrectly (it wasn't introduced by "the secret", it was here long time ago)

It is a placebo effect, every action has a reaction and if you're lucky shit works out for you, again not one of the LOA followers has answered the question about people that are suffering from Aids and hunger, little kids getting abused... how is that, they all just thought wrong? Belief what you wanna belief but their is absolutely no scientific proof of ANY kind, to back up LOA in the slightest way... it is just another religion...

If you have sources with real proof, not philosophical or religious jibber jabber then i would love to read up on that...
