The course is built around an online membership site. Let's Get Social has six basic training modules a resource section four coaching calls and a guest interview. There is a continuity option if you want to continue to learn from Kate.

The six modules are:
1. Introduction to becoming a social media manager
2. Branding You
3. Service Offerings
4. Doing the Work
5. Finding Clients
6. Nuts and Bolts

You get the usual Ryan Deiss style training based around videos with an mp3 recording and the PowerPoint slides in PDF format. It is Kate doing the training. There is a Resource Section if you are new to social media which gives you the basic tools and guidance on how to use them. You also get sample forms like client contracts invoices and questionnaires that you can adapt for your social media business. Four coaching calls are also offered in Let's Get Social where you can get your questions answered by Kate. Kate does so well as a social media manager because she's built a small team to do much of the work while she concentrates on finding new clients.
