The book holds you accountable but it falls short at delivering its promise. It's a clever title that has zero input on how to get 100 customers. She implies that by working on your 5 touch points you'll create a better experiences but fails to really explain how to get people in the door. Writing 5 or 10 blog posts may generate some traffic but it's a tactic used by many people and it's not going to generate customers.
For me the books a meh. It wasn't bad, but compared to other book a like Story Brand or the One Page Marketing Plan, it's lacking a lot. |
