Quick review:
Create a book using createspace and send it to business owners who already advertise via google adsense, yellow pages etc with a personalized note; alternatively give it out at business meetings or connect with people via LinkedIn.

In terms of creating the book, pull from your own experiences, look at good PLR and create a book somewhere between 60-100 pages.

This is basically Amazon Cash Machines and every "use a book to get credibility offline" WSO since. If this is a new area to you, take a look, you might find a few good pointers. If you've explored this technique before, save yourself the time of reading this and go write that book instead ;)
