Once you get paid the first time, and if you keep sending the streams for the next months, then you start to get paid monthly.

Like all July streams will get paid in the end of September
All August streams will be paid in the end of October
and so on.

You need to keep purchasing the streams monthly to keep earning in the subsequent months.
