Another thing is, we hope the client knows how to differentiate the hosting vs the installation of a script or index.html files which uploaded to the domain public_html. If your uploading came out with a problem, please consult with your developer or seeking your friends help. Usually, check the .htacess and config file when you received a message with Internal Server Error and/or Database connection error. Currently, the WordPress latest version is 5.2.2 but the Softaculous showing WordPress is 5.2.1.
