@jimmy456: Thank you for the heads-up PM and also for posting the links to the first and second editions. Sorry about that ... I just assumed that any download from {{{Blocked by Omni Potens, reason: reports from LEGIT GB STARTER}}} would be the full book.

I just found out that The Tall Lady With the Iceberg replaced Metaphorically Selling, which is no longer sold.
