1) What will be included in this package?

We will only set up the SMTP / Email Server to perfection with Best email marketing
software. Domain and server are not included in this package.

2) What will be the delivery time?

Delivery will be done in 12 to Max 72 hours depending on the current order. It also depends on the package size. The higher package you opt may increase the delivery time.

3) What if I want faster delivery?

If you want us to prioritise your order, pay some extra fees and We can deliver an order on a priority basis.

4) Will all my emails go to inbox?

The answer is probably Yes after following our IP warm-up guide given to you. People who are claiming 100% inbox either they are unaware of this fact that IP Warm up plays the most important role or they are just interested in money making. We will provide you the best starting point and perfect Email Servers and after that, it is up to you.

5) Can you do IP warm-up for me?

Yes, we can do for sure. But that will add additional cost to the package as it requires some days and patience from your side. IP warm-up is not an overnight process that you did and next day you can send xxxxxxxx emails and they go into the inbox.

6) How many emails can I send and what will be "per day limit"?

With our server configuration, You can send UNLIMITED EMAILS without any restrictions. But as previously stated IP Warm Up is necessary.

7) For how long does the SMTP/ Email Server last?

Its completely depends on you and what you are sending. If you send shits like viagra then probably not that long before it will be blacklisted or banned.

8) How many IPs are included in the packages?

We will set and configure max 16 IPs per packages. The higher amount of IPs will cost you more because of extra time and effort.

9) What about the support if I am a newbie and need help?

We will try our level best to solve your Queries but support is not included in the
setup. You can also get some help from Google and YouTube.
