How To Protect The Files Inside A Directory?
First things first,
Download Directorypass from the following link: Code: http://www.directorypass.com/index.php Read the installation provided. Well, you will at a time "Lost to the jungle". This because the installation did not mention exactly where to upload the file. Here the exact way to do it. Use FTP of your choice, upload the dirpass.cgi to the cgi-bin of your root domain. -Upload using ASCII mode -Cmod to 755 Install: yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/dirpass.cgi Write down your user and admin password. Maybe in your ftp diretory where you want to protect your folder, why dont you try to create a index.html file and just paste it there..
