And - there is a very simple way to get this amazingly useful app and to keep it updated, I'll 'splain:

The best way to get WinRAR is directly from their site to start with, then simply open the archive and extract it to a folder of your choice (UE will do this if you have it).
It will add its needed registry entries when 1st opened according to the user's choices, so there is no need to go through its installation process.

Follow that with making your own keyfile for it and copy that into your chosen folder.
When you open it, it will be regged...done.

This is how I do it and what I use.
