it updates automatically to 2.3.4 but when I load .csv it doesnt do anything !

Hi, the software updates automatically by itself while installation.
If you can't just remove your current SKCA, restart your PC then install
new SKCA ver 2.3.1 (even older version). I'm totally sure it does work for you.
SKCA is very simple to install or uninstall!

Note: Plz use Revo Uninstaller Pro to remove SKCA or whatever unwanted softwares.

Read Alex (Owner's instructions) and watch all video guides included)
--> You should save "CSV" only, not "CSV to excel file"
--> you can custom to chose Google location (go to setting) for it works and getting better results.
--> You can use SKCA software without proxies. If you use proxy, make sure that it works!!!

imnik thanks a lot for trying to help me, but it still doesnt work for me(follwed all guide exactly) I assume it culd be that i am using vista and it is not compatible

Today I have tried to install it on my other PC using Windows 7, but after installing I could NOT update to 2.3.4- file is not avaible now error message.
So I have gave up for now and I stick up for Market Samurai or would appreciate if someone could share 2.3.4 :)

@tono4850 Do not give up early mate ! I think SKCA can run well for both two of your
windows environment. I'm sure if you can do one of these following, SKCA will be able to work:
1) Update your windows if there's new updates (if any)
2) Use CClean clean your PC
3) Running your PC's system care (PC's system maintenance and registry)
4) Update, install NET Framwork 4.0 or 4.5 (This i'm not sure about SKCA, but almost IM softs need this)
5) Lastly, the most important thing (in my opinion) is: you can be sure your internet connection is to SKCA 's server. So if you have used proxies to connect to the internet (you should connect directly). If you are directly connected, you should use proxies, hide your IP, etc ...(try to change some different proxies). Because there may be one of the few countries have blocked your IP.Therefore SKCA has not updated automatically by itself. I don't know about you having of technical experience or not, but you should pay highly attention to this point that's very important thing - my recommends​​.
After the above tasks, reinstall SKCA and hope it works for you.
If you can't find any of the softs above, I'll update here.

I followed your instructions Imnik, but couldn't get it to update. I uninstalled using Revo Installer. Restarted my PC, used CCcleaner and then installed SKCA again and it still came up with version 2.3.1 with a message that says 'Could not verify updates - file is unavailable at the moment. Please check your internet connection or try again later.'

I'm freaking weary with what this software is putting me thru. Feel like giving up. Anyone with more suggestions? Very much appreciated!!!

For this tool to update it must be run as admin, then it will update automatically when it starts.
