Customer service is wrong. I followed what was said in the pdf/video and I did it without a new campaign.

Agreed Customer Service is WRONG. I did it without a campaign as well.

Also, keep in mind this is not a huge slam dunk. I am now running multiple campaigns and the impression volume is very low because the targeted demographic/s you choose must also be searching in LinkedIn for your targeted keyword/s. Therefore the search and ad impression volume is very low.

I even called support and asked if there was anything else I could do or if something is wrong and they said "no, that's it. Everything looks good".

I have added some broad match short-tail keywords just to help ad impression volume and so far there has been almost zero results.

This will depend on what keywords and demographics you are targeting of course.
