Sorry, I cannot see any illegal to sell subaccounts to people here as a GB.
They become clients to the Agency and get subaccounts.

He could sell the 25 accounts for 200 bucks/ months or whatever to his 'clients'.
The Agency owner is still responsible for his clients and to give support

Of course, the cost for the client in GB is less than if he buys his own account.

So in my view, it is legal for the Agency to choose his own clients and to set his own price for his service, right.

If you wanna have your own account - where you are the master you should take the full account for yourself.

I think this is important for many BSO and GB buyers here.

If you look at his BSO thread, there are a lot of interruptions, due to requirement of constantly for him to update his payment. So if he does not continue his payment for his agency, you as buyer are doomed. Would you want to trust your website business by taking such risk??

There are two major difference between mine and the other BSO sellers
1) He is using his agency, and then creating access for you as "his client". So what access you have is limited to the access he grants.

And this is more restrictive compared to if you buy full package.

That is why the Vendors are actually very strict when they say the Agency package can be used to create access for your clients. Then assign access to your clients.

It is not a white label / reseller package.

So strictly the Agency holder has no right to sell the 25 sub-accounts.

2) The other BSO creates basic account.
There is no "Importer" tool.

For all who buy from my special link, there is Importer tool which allows one to import funnels created from / shared from Click Funnels.

This importer tool is missing from all who buys from the other Agency seller who creates access for you as client.

Hope the above explanation helps to clarify why there is a big difference between both BSOs.
