Do i follow the notepad install or the pdf?

Hi as stated in the install manual and this line you mentioned may help: There is no config file only the config.dist-php and that is in the includes folder.... change the name of the config.dist-php to simply config.php

If you purchase it you use their PDF.

If you are using the version provided here you use the installation file (notepad) included with the zip.

QUESTION, do you install the folder "install" or just the contents of the folder into the subdomain?

I am pretty sure it is just the contents, but I am just making sure. Again, appreciate your time.

How do you expect to do anything like this and you won’t even READ the F*CKING instructions!!! (analytic.call.tracker.272.BBHF.installation.readme.txt)

The F*CKING instructions tell you EVERYTHING you need to know!!!!

Pay particular attention to #3 - it is VERY CLEAR!

RTDI!!!

READ the F****** instructions!!!

ALL this CRAP would have been eliminated if you would just READ the F*CKING instuctions!!!

On this or ANYTHING else!

Any help would be greatly appreciate - this is what i get

Warning: require_once(config.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/name/calls.DOMAIN.com/include/util.php on line 6

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'config.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php72/usr/share/pear') in /home/name/calls.DOMAIN.com/include/util.php on line 6

Anyone know how tot fix this?

It sounds as though you haven’t installed it yet as the config file is not created until it is properly installed.

Follow the instructions in the "analytic.call.tracker.272.BBHF.installation.readme.txt" file and run the install file and see what happens.

Thanks for the share as always, Rat. I never have any issues installing this since the instructions are clear but for some reason now whenever I press the install now button it doesn't install and I get the error message that the page isn't working and is currently unable to handle this request.

Tried multiple times and double checked everything. I'm guessing this might be a server issues since I have a new host now so trying to see what's up here.

Yep I remembered I changed the PHP version to 7.0 so turns out that was the issue. Changed it back to 5.6 and reinstalled fine so if anyone else runs into that problem make sure you check your PHP version.

Can anyone recommend a decent web host for hosting Wordpress sites and this cracked version of ACT?

I've had a Dedicated Server with 3 different companies over the past 12 years and all three have gone out of business or were bought out which then causes the service to suck!

I'd like to find a webhost that I can not only host my own sites on but client sites as well but still get the benefit of using Wordpress and cracked scripts like this one from time to time. I've been researching and asking around but can't decide because of what happened in the past with those other d*** companies.

Someone recently recommended LiquidWeb VPS for $59 but that is their entry level VPS and not sure if that would be enough. It says "unlimited sites" but not sure if that entry level can handle the load. I do buy a lot of traffic to my sites so want something that can handle the server load and bandwidth.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated and the main reason for asking on this thread is because my current web hosting isn't compatible with this script plus service sucks!! Their customer support is terrible!!
