@sjc999: Thanks for providing alternate links for the book. It helps to have choices but I wasn't aware that there was any issue with my download links. Did you have a problem opening/accessing anything in the links I provided?

@sunnyTRIO: You're welcome; thanks for your post. I just wonder why you posted a direct link that is not hidden by a MAGIC BUTTON. As much as possible, I always try to make direct download pages anonymous (using anonymiz.com or another resource) because putting someone's direct download page out in the open like this (especially on a black-hat forum) just increases the risk that they will notice all the unusual traffic to it and simply move the page elsewhere. Then we all lose access.

And as a result of that happening, I get besieged with re-up requests that I'm not prepared (and shouldn't have) to fulfill.
