How to clean my mail list. Any Ideas?

if you just get free email list mostly are old dont work ,test by sending 20 emails from gmail and see how many bounce if more than 10 bounce not good list ,you damage your ip

if you use bounce rules ,interspire can remove bounced emails
if you run own business use third party tools to clean up list

You should also try cleaning it yourself first. Those 2x.png you should have cleaned out in Excel or similar first.

There is cracked pc application "Atomic Email Verifier" works better. if your email list is in millions or more simply take any email marketing for 1 month and import all your emails in their panel . They will analyze everything for you with one touch.

It checks domain validity first and if domain doesn't exist it marks email as bad.
Checks for mx servers, if there are no it marks email as bad.
Sends the email to the actual recipient and checks with high accuracy (with rare exceptions) if the email is still valid, broken or a catch-all (spamtraps).

Input is done via mysql database. Input a list of emails, the script does its thing and marks each emails as broken or valid. I have it set so it also automatically uploads all valid emails to mailwizz and sends out the emails automatically, no extra work.

Runs on any linux vps, uses nearly no resources, a 256MB vps will do from some cheap ass vps provider. Can run on single vps or be made into redundant decentralized system where a hub holds the database with emails to verify and workers pull the emails and verify them then upload back to the hub. This way you can verify 10k, 20k, 30k emails per day and more.

Sure, if he wants to import/export emails by hand every time and doesn't mind the software randomly stopping or hitting the verifier limits. anything from atomic is only good for complete beginners to learn and is not good enough anymore for making cash.
