I wrote to customer service, and asked why the Author, Jai Sharma, doesn't use his own product. I will update the thread as soon as I (and if) will be answered.

I bought it, a lot of problem at this moment, and support is very slow, never solve the problem properly and lot's of complaint in the user group.
