It shows the above text but no settings to change any of these like it shows in the video. I got it working but cannot use these options as they are simply not there to change just blank space. So it works OK but i have to use the default BLACK pop in box. Anyone else having this issue???

I tried deactivating all plugins one by one and changing theme and tried another new wordpress site like i said but same issue. Would appreciate any feedback from anyone else who tested it(maybe it's a hostgator issue, not sure).
