Can anyone use ahrefs with semrush cookie tutorial? Thats what support is telling me, they wont offer any assistance other than to say its the same(which it most definitely is not) I havent been able to use ahrefs for three days, support just laughing at me

First of all, you have are just lying that it has been 3 days and your issue has not been resolved. When you started posting here it was barely 24hrs. You made it for 3 days.

Secondly, this thread is not used for support purpose. That's clearly mentioned in the thread. We have over 500 customers. It's not possible to track everyone in the thread. That's why we built an entire team for support. Any comment you post here is useless and cannot be helped anyhow.

Thirdly, we have tons of Good reviews in this thread. If you scroll on 87 pages you will find 100s of them. So, if your only attention is to ruin the reputation that's your problem. We have checked your account and found that we have already responded your each and every message politely. We can post proof that we cooperate/helped you or not. But if you don't cooperate and follow the given instructions, no one can help you out. All the tools you have are working completely fine.

So, it's always advisable to follow the given instruction, try to understand the limitations of the tools and cooperate.

the only reason this crazy fool says one day instead of the three days I stated is because their support ignored my requests for 10-24 hours for each question I posted, even if I replied to their confusing replies immediately
