This is a great book and makes you think about your copy writing. I was taught the two most powerful things in any copywriting are the use of a question mark and and !! exclamation mark.

The reasons being is ? is asking in a question so allows you to write killer headlines with intrigue for example the National Enquirer has used this strategy for years to get it's magazine flying of the shelf.

So for example " Was London Bus Found Encased in Iceberg? creates intrigue even though you know the answer is no.

The use of exclamation marks is a really favorite of the National Enquirer and some of it's wackiest headlines have used it but the reality it use boosts sales as it creates intrigue but again allows the writer to express a view, and opinion or shock all of which allow it to be said but no requirement for it to be true.

" Obama and Hillary Ordered FBI To Spy On Trump!" or " Baby's Head Explodes!" which would have you reading the information inside (I am guessing both one might just be true and the other yes of course it's stupid but what's the story?)

It's a good book and there is also a Udemy Course on here on the very subject I have a hard copy of this book and it's a great book on any copywriters book shelf virtual or otherwise.
