looking for investor to my proyect
Hi!
I'm starting my business (offline) and I'm looking for investors. My business is about coworking building (I have the building) for the tech and sports community. But, I have not idea where the investors are :D So, I invite all the people in this BBH whom to have a very amount of many to invest in a very good project. And in second hand, if you know where I can find investors (I'm not asking for references about the origin of the money of course!) I'm very grateful for this info. Just need the push to start my project. Thank you! BTW you can contact me on my skype: mixmarketing.team Thanks! For admins, sorry if it is not the place for this kind of threads :( can you move it if it is necessary. |

RE: looking for investor to my proyect
well this isn't a jv. looking for money through investors and a jv are two totally different things.
what country are you in or this building in? if i were you, i would start with local resources and not some random forum. you have a much better chance at finding LOCAL investors. not too sure what a coworking building is. can you explain that? i'm from the u.s.. other countries may use different terminologies You can't live a perfect day without doing something for someone that can never repay you

A co-working space is usually a space where a person can rent a desk to work if they have a home business and have a mailing address. Think Wework or Atlas

Hi bettyromerito,
For getiing investors, you can try with indiegogo for entrepreneurs. Hope that is what you are looking for. Regards

RE: looking for investor to my proyect
I actually have a client that has a couple of co-working buildings here in the US. They advertise it as co-working space. The term isn't that popular here but it is catching on. Their locations are all in decent sized cities. Most of what you see here are shared office space and virtual offices.

Well, I have an offline business if you are interested I provide you with all the legal info and of course can come to know my building :) For this project have a solid business plan, a very good amount of technology partners and other investors. And it is very profitable. Of course, all my money is involved in the business. But need more to amplify it and operated in the new places. If you are genuinely interested, we can arrange a meet for skype with me and my partner. Thank you in advance!! |

RE: looking for investor to my proyect
guys don't trust. this person is advertising in a crappy blackhat forum and not interested in local investers. why? because it's a scam. whoever this person is is most likely liking for foreign investers which makes it harder to collect your money back.
a bunch of red flags. after reading the last post, i couldn't help but express my opinion. you've been warned so don't say nobody warned ya! You can't live a perfect day without doing something for someone that can never repay you

Hi California Kid. Well, I'm not a scam or scammer or wherever. I just trust in this forum to find some investors from my project. Real, offline project. Coworking spaces building in Spain. Look for founding in other platforms but is a slower pace. You can trust me or no. It's your choice. And I respect that. But please, don't blame as "scammer" if you don't know anything about my project. my business needs a capital increase. And I have the right to confidentiality with my investors. Well, I just wanted to clarify that. Good luck to you all. |
