Thanks for this stillstanding rep added - note if anyone also wants to know how to
completely avoid and cure any form of digestion problems let me know - good reason is that if your digestion not working properly that sets off a chain of other health issues from a to z ..
this is also a chinese technique with no products involved organic or otherwise, I have
used this technique with a product to increase the performance .. (which is optional)
