I am selling all my domains and website (health issues. am terminally ill and need money for hosp and to leave to my kid. i have about 3 yrs according to doctors). Anyways, not looking for sympathy money, but solid business.

Sold my last website for $4k on Flippa (but d***, they charge SO HIGH fees)

Now, to coming to the point.

I have an ecommerce website that sells PDFs (mostly pirated), and sales are growing. Last month I got $720 in sales and this month in 11 days, I made sales of $480 (1 June - 11 June). Site ranks very well in Google for money keywords. Most sales are on weekends :)

Also sell guest post sometimes for $20 each (not a lot)

The site is 2 years old and has no issues yet. No problems whatsoever.

I bought lifetime hosting, so its free (I will include hosting as well, so you don't worry about hosting). I sometimes use basic SEO services or basic ads via Fiverr. Max $10/month expense

Why am I not selling this on Flippa?

They charge too much! 15% sale commission + $100 for decent listing etc. also most items are pirated so.... ;)

What if I get DMCA notice?

In 2 years, just got 1, and took off that item (it wasn't even selling).
