It's called Factoring...some states require you to be license to factor. He calls it referral, some states see it as origination and that requires a license.

I did this years ago when I owned a mortgage brokerage.
Interested in seeing what the new takes are on the industry and will be working with a lot of small busineses over the next 6 months to build this agency anyway |
