Thank you so much for this awesome "Oldie, But Goodie!" share! The GE.TT link still works in the original mirror download link, but thank you also to metaworldpeace for the fresh mirror share (post # 27). You cannot use most internet/online business models/advice/practices from more than 3 to 4 years back (and in some cases not even more than a year back) in today's online market place! However, classic mail order business models/advice/practices are still extremely valid, relevant and profitable even today! Just a heads up: The ge.tt link still works, but if you're using chrome, chromium or firefox to download it, you might run into some problems. (I did) Ge.tt seems to be blacklisted from those browsers for downloads. I had to download the opera browser to get the book.

Those downloading ge.tt links from chrome, open a new incognito window to access the page. Safari works fine as well.
