no, you cant use your own numbers, you install the software on a server , on a subdomain, then you buy and use phone numbers from within the admin that are from twilio

does that explain it pretty clearly?

yes, it still works, i am still using the previous version, but it gets calls every day

Been using this for a couple weeks and receiving and routing calls and voicemails no problem. However, for some reason, it stopped working today. I can see calls coming in at Twillio but it's not being recorded in ACT. Anyone has similar issue?

yes, ive got loads of calls saying "busy" in twilio, but the calls are not showing in act admin and there are no calls to make it "busy"


but lokking in twilio admin and going back, i have loads of "busy" calls, so i dont know whats causing this - anyone know ?

scrub that last message - i had my phone numbers mixed up.


if your calls are not showing in your act admin , or not being diverted to your phone, check what number you have selected to have it sent to + make sure it has the correct prefix in front of the phone number as well as "+" at begining and the country dialing code (maybe left empty for usa)

does this help at all ?



also if your website is lading very slow it can cut the call off, the same with any other telecom provider.
