Warming up IP depends on the email addresses you are sending to.

1. If you want to start sending to gmail/yahoo inclusive then the warming up IP is just 7 days since the IP address is cold.

2. If gmail/yahoo is excluded then no warming up of IP needed.

The discount is still available.

The setup price is 500 USD but with the discount you pay 250 USD.
Make sure you Apply the Coupon Code before checkout.

The only other cost is the cost for your server. You are responsible for that. I could recommend good provider for you so you could checkout their plans and pricing and choose your choice. But if you have good provider from your end there you could use them too. All I need from you is the server authentication details to setup the app and do proper configuration.
