I have requested to Cancel my services, 3 TIMES, each Time my Ticket was CLOSED without Resolution, with some B.S reply Lie saying due to No Response from me, That is a LIE. I did not want to post this here, but you give me no choice. I tried sending PM no Response, I created Ticket, still getting invoices, and I DID NOT setup my hosting, I am using NO Resources, so I do not understand why I am getting run around, I was considering keeping services, but Hell NO, I don't like being Forced to pay for something I do Not want. If this service is Not cancelled, I am File dispute and report you for fraud. I know this post will probably be removed by you, but I will come here EVERY DAY and repost until you resolve this issue. This is Not cool. I am Not asking for any refund, as I have not made any payments, I am asking for your to Cancel my account, and End billing Immediately, before I am charged.

I registered for a hosting account that comes with a free domain name last January 17.

24 hours later the free domain still hasn't been registered and I requested via support ticket that it be registered. I received a response that it has been registered already and they closed the ticket.

On January 21 I created another ticket requesting that my domain be registered as it remains unregistered.

Got a reply the following day that it's okay now and that I should check.

On checking, it's still unregistered.

I sent 3 followup replies and got no response back.

It's now the January 24 and the domain is still unregistered.

By saying it's unregistered, what I mean is the following:

- GoDaddy says it's still available
- My usual registrar says it's still available
- X3Host's own Whois Info checker says it's still available
- In my X3Host account panel, changing the nameservers, creating a private nameservers, or changing the Contact Info al result in errors for the simple reason that the domain is not registered.

Please look into my ticket and have my domain regisreted

Thank you, and as for your reply about why I ordered service, I ordered because I was going to try service but Never received the Discounted Rate you offered, I sent you PM, and contacted sales but no response, so why would I agree to pay FULL PRICE for your service, when you offered discount rate?
