I was able to access the download page and every-time I enter the download link it's keep on saying "expired link".
I'm still figuring how to go around it.

@LeddieMalik: I was able to download 3 of the files I wanted. Here's what I did:

1. When you find a file you want, click on the TITLE or the IMAGE (ex: You would click on the words MAGAZINE TEMPLATE - FASHION or the actual image of the magazine as shown below) to be taken to the download page.

2. Once on the download page you will see an image with the file name, size and the word DOWNLOAD in small blue letters (see area under the words COVER TEMPLATE PSD at left of image below). I hovered my mouse over the word DOWNLOAD, clicked and the file transferred to my computer seamlessly.

The FREE templates will download using the method I described above.

On the other hand, you need a password for the Premium files. For example, I tried to download a template entitled Writing Advice (see below) and it required a password so I had to pass on that one.

I'm not sure that by suggesting we register on the site, sunnyTRIO is saying we could get the password. I'm hoping he will come back and clarify this for me.

At any rate, there are some very nice FREE templates on this site, so you're sure to find something you can use for your projects.
