Is it possible to do this with no money upfront ? I wondering about the time it takes for you to get your money after a customer pays to be able to use that to purchase the product...

YES
If you use your own shop (wp etc) or any shop system that allow paypal or the payment you want, then yeah you get the money upfront, then you pay the drop-shipper on aliexpress with your card.

NO
Aliexpress doesn't accept paypal, that's the only thing i find that may block some people, i'm talking about those without credit cards in some country.

BUT THERE IS A SOLUTION
Contact many sellers on aliexpress, you will find those who accept the PAYEMENT YOU WANT.
There are many dropshippers in many countries other than aliexpress, just search and you'll find what you want.
Note: do not ask me, i do not dropship and i hate the physical products business.

All of this assuming by upfront, you mean any payment system that allow you to transfer to your banks or cards fast.

Remember people, shopify is not the only way to sell, paypal is not the only way you sell, i know people in the third world who do bank transfer locally (in the same country where they and the dropshipper are) and it works.

Yes, Lyfe, is just recycling his products by changing a few words on the sales page and in the pdfs, every 2 to 3 weeks. His up-sells are the same too. If he makes so much money from shopify why does he need to re-purpose/re-brand and sell the pdfs over and over? He changed his VAs from Upwork to Onlinejobs.ph. But most people in the IM space know about onlinejobs. I found Malaysian VAs better as they speak/read English as it is their first language, unlike Filipinos.
