He has that kind of policy because it's a BS course, much like the video "journey" he's on right now. He actually told his viewers getting 100 views with a new video on a new channel on day one with no promotion is pretty common, lol. Worse, plenty of them actually believed him.

It's the way to avoid serial refunders. I've seen many courses on teachable have the same refund policy like that
