i want to explain my ripped situation with naveen.. 19 days ago we talked about a private tool, he said $25 and ll be done in 3 days then gave me stripe payment link.. i paid after 2 mins by bitcoin. then got an email from stripe that something went wrong and bitcoin ll refund me. naveen told me that in 24 hours ll be refund.. after 2-3 days said in 10 business days. and now he sent me an email that no time for refund. he also dont know when it ll be (which one never ll be refunded me,im sure bcoz its S***** payment gateway) 19 days passed, there is no refund, no tool, nothing. wasted 19 days, lost $25. now naveen tell me that he ll not give me that tool bcoz he didnt get payment and he is not support of stripe dont know when refund ll be and its not his fault bla bla. if u havent a good payment gateway why u fucked up my 19 days and $25. in this situation its my fault %100 bcoz im an idiot that i sent $$$ b4 get tool. $25 nothing for me, im angry bcoz of he put me a fool situation. need to think 2 times b4 buy something from naveen.

This guy is lying. Because Naveen is a very honest person. He doesn't cheat to anybody anytime.

if you give me a payment link and if i paid, ofc its your fault bcoz your payment gateway ripped me.. you ignoring me over 19 days. why its bother you when i explain situation to ppl.. i wait on you 19 days kindly.. i said you, build tool, i ll re-send you $$$ when they refund me. you wont give me tool. why? bcoz you also know they never refund me.

On the same day,the same person also tried to purchase on skype using Bitcoin,but failed and he got refunded in 2 days.

It's quite clear to see in the screenshot, it's not Naveen fault.

Stripe is the issue here, and from the emails, they sent the buyer shown in this screenshot https://prnt.sc/gv4kbf they are asking the buyer to finalize the refund.

And if that link from stripe didn't refund the payment and stripe are investigating it, then that's and issue between stripe and buyer as to why they have suspended the refund until they investigate it.

All I can say personally myself, I have purchased all of Naveen software, and not once have had an issue with him or any of his software. He is always helpful to sort out any issues should they arise, always constantly updating his software.

If Naveen was to sell another product, I would have not problem purchasing it off him.
