1. find a niche by doing keyword research
2. write 20 articles
3. use backlinks to rank them
4. wait for them to rank
5. flip it in flippa
6. rinse and repeat?

Is there anything different from these?

The method can be used to get both long term and short term success. One will require you to be less aggressive than the next.
