[GET] Managewp.com to manage multiple sites
I searched for this on the forum and only found a course on how to use it which course is no longer available, but I wanted to mention this service that I have been using for a couple of years. Managewp.com was a small company and provided very good services for doing backups, cloning sites, checking security, managing updates, etc. They got bought out by Godaddy a while back and they still are a very good company. Their pricing has changed, and it is free to very reasonable depending on how you use it. For sites, that are hosted at Godaddy, they provide a lot more free services, but any site no matter where it is hosted can go on their free remote backup service which is done once a month. It's good to have a free remote backup once a month in case your server crashes and you lose your regular daily or weekly backups to your hosting server. Also, you can add and delete services and only pay for the usage for the period that they were active on your account. I use them when I am setting up a new site because the older I get, the more mistakes I make, so I add-on the backups on demand service which is $1 or $2 a month and set up the site and back it up very frequently so if I mess up, I haven't lost much and then when the site is done, I take the that service off the account and maybe it cost me a total of 50 cents because I only had the service active for a partial month. Also, their cloning process has worked out well for me where you can clone one site onto another domain. You can do all kinds of things like update wordpress, your themes and your plugins all from within the managewp dashboard, but I prefer to just do each one myself. i don't know if that is free or if that is paid if you want to do it all from their dashboard. Anyway, check it out. It has come in handy for me.

By the way, it works by you installing what is now called the GoDaddy Pro Sites Worker plugin on your wordpress site and activating it and then managewp can access your site for whatever you want for it to do. Their customer service is very helpful if you need something.
