[DISCUSSION] Onecloudy.net, anyone happy ?

Hi Folks,

Just want to ask you guys if anyone here is happy with the service provided by Onecloudy.net.

A year ago they have posted in BBHF a special offer for our community, I was surprised by the offer to be honest only to find out after I have paid for a master plan that (3yrs) that the service is crap and the hosting can't even keep running for 1 week straight.

I've reached out to the support tech couple of times but those tickets was completely waste of time.

Now, it has been a year and I didn't use my hosting plan since I've purchased it. Some will disagree why I wouldn't take it up with them, what could I've done ? It is only 3 bucks, but, if it is that cheap terrible service, should we allow people like those to be part of our community scamming all of our members ? Or is it just me got in the wind with lazy tech team and still experiencing this kind of issues ?

I want to know what you guys think.

purchased my first hosting with them like a year ago. used it maybe 1 time and its still on the go with their 3 year plan not being used. its too slow...

purchased reseller then a month ago becuase i wanted to host a larger website,
then 4-5 days ago website/cpanel/whm all suspended access..
contacted support took atleast 3 days for a reply then another 24 hours for the next reply
now they say their ovh reseller has suspended my access and they have contacted to see why

i got no notification. i have not broke any rules. their support is slow af ... suppose you get what your paying for at the cheap prices but its still kinda crap

Haha. Onecloudy.net is scam. Im buy 2 plan, one reseller and one hosting. but after a week my hosting and reseller gone. Cant contact support so they still send me newsletter =)) Plz dont try it, I will report scam for all forum and paygate. Plz help me do it :)

support too slow. my ticket got closed after 3 days of inactivity. how come it was closed when they never responded in the first place?

Right, don't buy anything from them. I've wasted my money and I don't want anyone else to waste theirs.

They should've been kicked out of this forum. Crappy service. S***** customer support.
