[MALWARE] GENUINE CCleaner Software Hacked With Malware
*** Posted here as it's important and people need to see it ASAP ***
Guys, If you don't already know, the official Piriform CCleaner download servers have been compromised with malware for around a month (ironically, Piriform is now owned by AVAST!) So, if you downloaded / updated CCleaner between 15 August 2017 and 11 September 2017 your machine is probably infected with malware. ![[Image: cEmgW2G.png]](https://i.imgur.com/cEmgW2G.png) You'll find more info about the malware in this tech report post: http://blog.talosintelligence.com/2017/0...lware.html The malware has apparently now been disabled, but you should update to the latest version of CCleaner immediately.
