His uploading speed is incredibly faster so the posting flood time to create a thread is much faster (causing db query conflict). Plus considered number of users hitting at the same time i have to disable the users browsing this forum and users browsing this thread features,etc. But anyway it's been FIXED. I guess server speed is much much faster now compared before. Please let me know if still loads slow of quite bit faster now.
