[TUT] How to make Cinemagraph

It's weekend.
No FOREX market.
I was bored to death.
Then it strike me to complete few of the projects I've postponing for some time now and I was starting with Cinemagraph.

For those who don't know what a cinemagraph is, have a look at this picture (a picture is worth a thousand words),

Wikipedia: Cinemagraphs are still photographs in which a minor and repeated movement occurs, forming a video clip. They are published as an animated GIF or in other video formats, and can give the illusion that the viewer is watching an animation.

While educating myself with all Udemy, SkillShare and Lynda cinemagraph courses I also did a little research on youtube. To my surprise there're bunch of methods for this project which I didn't even know before. Most of it isn't covered in the premium courses too such as Udemy, SkillShare or Lynda.

Yeah, there do have a little this and that but in my humble opinion why pay when you can acquire all this skills for FREE. The same goes for FOREX trading too.

So here I included some of the cinemagraph tutorial which I think will be useful if you want to try this out yourself.
