Once again, as a paid customer I am able to reaffirm what is posted here today; I just re-checked (as I have been regularly) since getting it:

My sites are up and responding with very good speed.

It amazes me that there is actually an old thread here that was revived by what looks to be angry former users and it is also populated with replies by those who have not been users of this provider at all, just responding in anger.

Every time I've needed to contact this provider since I got this they have responded well and quickly - SO FAR.

Most of the posts in this thread (pages 1-3...) are quite old and it has been revived by vengeful, angry posting about stuff that happened a year or more ago with just a single present complaint.

This provider presently offers a 60-day money back trial and frankly if it turns bad and they do not refund as promised, a chargeback is always possible - so I am trying it out without the worrying.

That thread is about a year old, and from what I have seen with this provider thus far, they have turned their troubles around and are making good with their existing clients and communicating quickly if/when there is any sort of problem.

It simply CANNOT be that I am the only poster here who has given these folks a chance to show they have improved - I refuse to accept that !!

It would be good if others who are NOT having problems with their services would also jump in here with some positive FB !?!

They say its fixed BS,I am facing problem from 1 month - Error establishing a database connection,I submitted ticket.they just send 1 url that have info about problem but cant solve that.still waiting for solving my problem

Can you be more specific about your websites not working? I'm just asking so I can be aware of anything that I don't know??
