My experience has been 100% positive. I got my RS-Power reseller and have already migrated some sites from another way more expensive server. All working fine. WHM, CPanels on domains, softaculus. All been fine.

This was to replace a VPS I was running a bunch of feeder sites off. Old server was $116 a month, US datacenter. Granted, it had extra IPs but since all these sites are Wordpress, they are faster on the new VPS for the European traffic I'm aiming at now.

$19 ($15 + $4 dedicated IP) a month is what other similar servers will cost just for the WHM license alone.

I also got the server migration email but there was no disruption of service.

Another review from a paid user of this service, and an explanation of how it is seen.

After using different hosting providers for around a decade already - the worst things I've noticed happening all the time from most of them go like this...:

1.
Most are one-man shows pretending to be bigger and/or they may be totally outsourced;

2.
Most of them totally fail to get that they are in the business of communications - and thence most utterly fail to keep their users decently informed;

3.
Too many are re-selling upstream services bought from other resellers and do not have any clue who actually owns the servers they are selling from (or how many layers of resellers exist between what they bought and the actual servers...).

4.
When the upstream provider's services fall behind - that sort of reseller will do a 'migration' in which they actually are changing upstream providers (rather than merely servers that they actually control...) and frantically making white label nameservers look like their own in a huge hurry so that this all is as carefully hidden as possible.

This migration was not terrible IMO - but the info provided made the delays less tolerable.

My practice is to try out offers of reseller hosting very carefully if their offer is attractive and has a decent refund period...and altogether this service (so far) gets my rating of:
Just OK - not great - but not bad either - with room for improvements.

Don't stress for me.
I Just asked if I can try it. Otherwise, you are not obligated to give me dedicated IP as I was a tester for your services and I find it beautiful till now.
Don't worry about me. Just ignore what I say because Dedicated IP will cast some money but If you have some please advise.
