[GET] Mindfulness: An Eight-Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic World
Note: I did all 8 weeks of this course and found it superior to any drug/supplement/etc in both dealing with past problems/regrets and forging a more positive outlook on people/life. I highly recommend it, and found it much better than the original Jon Kabat-Zinn Mindfulness book, as it actually gives you an easy to follow 8-week plan.
