Not a good start I purchased a package yesterday within 2 hours the whole server was down and the main site and been unable to access it since.
Unless this is sorted soon ill be getting a refund!

I keep looking at this, but not really seen much in the way of positive reviews.

I added my new X3 hosting site to my uptimerobot.com account to monitor site uptime. Uptimerobot checks every 5 minutes and emails alerts when a site is down.
