yea, these are the one you should stay away from,
Always try to get related, local, trusted backlinks.
best ones are third party ones,
yelp,manta,merchant circle, type of back links as they are really just mini sales pages for you.
it's up to you to optimize them.
it works been doin it for years, i have 17 pr 5 pages on one site to prove it if needed.
