I strongly suspect that your "Pal" won't show up on the AMP pages but there shouldn't be compatibility issues per se.

Why did I say this?
1. He delivered the files ultra-fast in my inbox. What I received was a developer license and multiple PCs..Unlimited PC's, Unlimited Times...Couldn't ask for more!
2. The discount you get off the market price is staggering! You know that already!
3. Now my mobile optimized page speed grew by only a few seconds, from 5.6 seconds to about 3.8. But that's a significant increase. So this actually works.

For a further speed increase I'd recommend also installing WP Smush Pro which is part of the WPMUDEV package. That will speed up both mobile and normal versions of your site. I might actually do a BSO for that soon if there isn't one already.
