These are already clean versions.
I am not sure if you have tested my Universal Cracker already, but when you do use it, you will see that the clean plugins will always callback to Thrivethemes!

So what I suggest is these steps:
1/ Unzip required plugins and themes to a folder.
2/ Go inside each folder one by one.
3/ Use search and look for "service-api.thrivethemes.com"
4/ Open all .php files that show up.
5/ Use CTRL+H and replace above string with "google.com" or anything you like, eg. prawnhub.com (only if you like sea-food brought to you by seamen :P)
6/ Save all files
And ENJOY life!

PS: Don't forget to repeat this everytime you upgrade your plugins/themes.
Add few hours of time spent on nulling for you, and you will understand the efforts everyone who shares/nulls in BBHF is doing. :)
