Some VERY GOOD ideas and concepts in this book. He is right that now we are head to head with others that can offer Exactly What We Offer... No matter what it is you have / do.

The only difference is YOU, not the product or service....

Time to upgrade the way you market yourself and this is a first step in getting some clarity on how to do that.

This is a very good read for anyone that wants to grab a better share of the marketplace they are working in.
