Well, yea.

If the main training can't be heard you can't really learn.

You just end up assuming the rest.

I mean, you think Grant wasted that much time just talking for no reason.

The video is where the value is.

Without getting understanding, the bonuses can't make a difference. They can't be understood without the training.
